	Wes Jamison Realtor, Listing, Buyer’s Agent & Jamison Team Leader Wes is the Team Leader and monitors the ongoing real estate related duties on a  minute-to-minute and day-to-day basis. 	Phil Hayes has been an active part of the Team as a Real Estate Professional for several years and is now officially a Team member although this relationship is not new. Phil has been a trusted associate for Wes and Team and we welcome him officially as well as look forward to having him continue to work with us.  Phil was raised and attended school in White Rock, and now lives in South Surrey with his wife and 3 children. He has been working as a Real Estate agent for over 20 years in those same White Rock and Surrey neighbourhoods, which are his preferred area of expertise. Phil knows the ins and outs of the area like the back of his own hand. Phil has been constantly and actively involved in local community groups, working with both older adults and families with children. 	Tamara Randall Conveyance and Administration Tamara handles the “firm or completed” sales documentation, processing the paperwork and forwarding it to the lawyers and notaries ensuring the paper trail is clear, concise and timely. This aspect of administration is essential to a smooth transaction and affords the client peace of mind knowing all documentation is handled for them and all they need do is show up at their legal representatives office prior to the closing day.
	Emma Stewart Technology & Photography Emma plays an integral part of the Jamison Team by providing technical support for our computer program. She does all our virtual tours and digital stills for every home we list and sell. Soon to be added to our services, Emma will be providing floor plan models for each of our listed homes as an internet display.
